You know what makes me smile? When people use the phrase “in the loop” (as people are wont to do) and I can see the moment it hits them — the moment they think of The Loop in Copley.
Because if it’s hitting them when I am around, it’s probably also hitting people when I’m not! And that phrase means way more than just being informed.
See, for those of you who are new around here…
Simply put, The Loop is the Copley Chamber’s connection to the community. It’s designed to keep our members, residents, and visitors hip to what’s happening in and around Copley Township. It’s how we share information, spotlight local businesses and organizations, and make it easier to engage with our community in meaningful ways.
At its core, The Loop exists to answer a simple question: How do we help people stay “in the loop” about where to go, what to do, and who’s around here to support?
And here’s what that looks like in action:
- Loop News is this here weekly roundup, delivered to inboxes and posted in the Newsroom on our website to highlight member news, happenings, and opportunities.
- The Loop Calendar keeps track of those local happenings, with new events getting added every week!
- Explore Copley showcases those places to go with friends and family to help us all get out and enjoy our community (even if it’s single-digit degrees out there…).
- Volunteer and Job Listings help connect people with opportunities to get involved or find work locally.
- Maker Members spotlight local creators and makers (we all love ‘em, but sometimes it’s hard to find them outside of craft show season!).
- Organizations, the place to find nonprofit members doing incredible work in our community.
- And engaging with the Loop in Copley on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn helps keep those connections going beyond the website!
While The Loop is certainly a benefit for Copley Chamber members, we’re here to serve the community as a whole. In fact, we even welcome non-member event, volunteer, and job listings — contact the Chamber anytime to learn more!
In the meantime, we hope you know that we’re happy to keep keeping Copley “in the loop”.
And, please, never hesitate to use that phrase when I’m around.
