Remember that feeling when you were a kid and December meant pure possibility? That’s the magic Path to Presents brings to your holiday shopping.
I mean, you gotta do it, and it can be stressful, so it might as well come with digital confetti and drink tickets!
From November 29th through December 6th, we’re transforming Copley into a treasure hunt, auction house, and celebration central all rolled into one. But here’s what makes me genuinely excited: every penguin found, every bid placed, and every ticket purchased directly fuels the work that makes our community stronger.
Like what work, you ask?
Remember when Copley Hands in Action brought landscaping skills to Haven of Rest? Or think tank power to Spring Garden Waldorf School? Those Monthly Member Meetings where connections turned into collaborations and pro tips sparked real growth? That’s Chamber dollars at work — spreading support where it’s needed most.
Your participation also keeps this here Loop News landing in your inbox every week and our Loop Calendar current so that The Loop stays your one-stop “what’s happening” resource (and my personal favorite way to keep our community connected, though I may be biased…).
So here’s your Path to Presents preview:
- Online Auction (Nov 29-Dec 6): Local businesses are donating incredible treasures. We’ll be updating items regularly, so keep checking back!
- Penguin Quest (Nov 29-Dec 6): Our town-wide scavenger hunt returns with Waddles leading the charge! Perfect for families, friends, or your competitive solo self.
- Wrap Party (Dec 6): Celebrate a week well done at Brighten Brewing Company. Think festive finale meets community reunion with a dash of last-minute bidding banter.
Next week, I’ll spill all the auction tea (including how to strategically snag your must-haves). For now, save the dates and start plotting which friends to invite to join you on your Quest.
Because here’s the thing: when you support Path to Presents, you’re not just checking off your gift list or having a fun Friday night. You’re investing in the connection infrastructure that makes Copley, Copley.
Get ready to clear the path for holiday shopping success!
P.S. Want to donate an auction item? It’s not too late, simply hit reply and let us know — we’d be happy to chat!
