Join us for a presentation by the Director of the Four Cities Compact, Mr. William DiMascio, at the upcoming Copley Chamber of Commerce meeting on May 8th! Mr. DiMascio will provide an in-depth overview of the Four Cities Compact, a unique career-technical consortium that serves high school students in Barberton, Copley, Norton, and Wadsworth. This collaborative initiative is dedicated to equipping students with the skills, certifications, and hands-on experience needed to succeed. Learn how the Compact is preparing the next generation of skilled workers, creating valuable career pathways, and strengthening our local workforce. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear about how the Compact is making a lasting impact on our communities and shaping the future of education and employment in the region.

Before joining Wadsworth City Schools as the Director of the Four Cities Compact in August of 2024, William DiMascio was the Coordinator of Career-Technical Education (CTE) for the West Shore Career-Technical District/Lakewood City Schools since 2015.
